Job Description:

• A leader in the dropshipping business and generate new ideas to execute a successful business plan.
• Lead and develop the Ecommerce Team to improve online sales and customer experience.
• Having experiences to increase sales in eBay and Amazon on international platform.
• Proficient in using ecommerce platforms (Shopify) and related tools to solve the issues.
• Formulate strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, Social Media and Design teams to create engaging online content.
• Oversee the management of the ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
• Monitor and report on ecommerce performance metrics.
• Implement new technologies and practices to enhance ecommerce operations.

Requirements:

• Age 25 – 40 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• A strong understanding of ecommerce and online retail trends.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Proficient in using ecommerce platforms (Shopify) and related tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behavior and market trends.
• A passion for fitness and a strong understanding of the fitness equipment industry.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• CSE, BBA and Engineering Graduate will get preference

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 year(s)

Employment Status:

Full-time (Work at the office)

Office Hour:

9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat)
