- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and optimize conversions on our E-commerce website.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, to maximize visibility and reach the target audience.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of engaging and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and E-commerce, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and maximize results.
- Continuously monitor and optimize website content, landing pages, and user journeys to improve search engine rankings and enhance user experience.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations, privacy policies, and legal requirements related to digital marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- CSE, IPE, BBA, and Engineering Graduates will get a preference
- At least 1-2 year(s).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience is preferred as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in an E-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website performance and generate insights.
- Experience in managing and optimizing E-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
