As we continue expanding internationally, we are looking for an experienced HR Leader who can build strong people systems, strengthen culture, and support sustainable organisational growth.
Role Overview
As HR Manager, you will lead strategic and operational HR initiatives across Maskura Group’s multifaceted businesses. Your leadership will ensure our workforce remains engaged, compliant, and aligned with our core values and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full HR cycle: recruitment → onboarding → performance → engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company strategy.
- Foster a positive culture while ensuring labour law compliance.
- Lead training, evaluations, and career development initiatives.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee relationsManage payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Maintain HR systems, databases, and reporting.
- Partner with leadership to support growth and employee well-being.
Qualifications & Profile
- Age: 35 years+
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MNC experience preferred.
- Experience using HR software / CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent English & Bangla (written and spoken).
