Role Overview
Join Maskura Group as a Sr. Executive/Executive – Field Marketing (Tech Tender Division) and drive growth in the government & private tech tender sector. Build strong stakeholder relationships, lead strategic bidding, and accelerate your career in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Strategy: Conduct extensive field work to build relationships with stakeholders, government bodies, and private procurement officers.
- Market Analysis: Perform in-depth research on the Bangladesh tender landscape and competitor bidding patterns.
- Technical Presentation: Analyze tech requirements and develop winning marketing strategies to position our solutions effectively.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to enhance winning probabilities.
- Negotiation & Compliance: Lead contract negotiations and ensure all bid submissions strictly adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior marketing executives and set ambitious performance targets.
Qualifications & Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in EEE/Marketing/Business or any (BSc/BBA)
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in the Tender/Bidding field (specifically Tech/ICT). Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.
- Profile: We are looking for smart, knowledgeable, and highly disciplined individuals who can handle high-pressure field work.
- Commitment: We are seeking a long-term partner who is dedicated to growing with the company.

- Salary Review: Half-Yearly (Performance-based)
- Festival Bonus: 3 (Yearly)
