As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for 5 passionate and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Sea, Air & Express).
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, and platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients worldwide.
- Research potential markets, shipping trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver customised proposals to meet client needs.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and follow up to close deals efficiently.
- Coordinate with our China operations team for shipment execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
- Stay updated on global shipping trends, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Logistics & Supply Chain.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or business development (freight forwarding experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online communication.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
