Role Overview
To ensure smooth order processing, effective supplier coordination, and outstanding customer support while maintaining the brand’s professional reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers regarding dispatch, stock, and shipment issues.
- Update tracking information and monitor delivery timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, refunds, returns, and complaint resolution professionally.
- Maintain daily operational reports, including order tracking and refund monitoring.
- Communicate operational challenges and performance updates to management.
Qualifications & Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university; candidates from English, Business, or related backgrounds will receive preference.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the capability to work under operational pressure.
