Job Summary:

UK-based Multinational company; Maskura Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive for Logistics concerns. We are a Global freight forwarding company specializing in shipping goods from China to destinations around the world, The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving growth in our international logistics services.

Maskura is an emerging Group of Companies whose scope is increasing daily in the fields of International Logistics Service, Freight Forwarding, 3PL Warehouse Service, E-commerce, Tech Products, and the Chemical Industry. Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for Logistics services.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, focusing on various industries needing shipping solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, demands, and competition in the freight forwarding industry.
• Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Track and report on business development activities, including sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Provide feedback to the operations team to improve service offerings and processes.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Stay informed about industry developments, including new technologies, shipping routes, and logistics solutions.
• Continuous research and study to enhance skills and knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 26 to 32 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Sound knowledge of basic computers and the latest technology. Analytical ability and ability to take on challenges
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, and dealing with ambiguity.
• Must be able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English).
• Strong project management/time management skills.
• Self-motivated & Leadership skills.
• Very good Team Player. Work under pressure.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• BBA, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, Aviation Management, Economics, International Relations, & IT Graduates will get a preference.
• Educational Background will be considered for the Candidate to have experience working in Bangladesh Market.

Experience Requirements:

At least 2 Years+

Employment Status:

Full-Time

Salary Range:

Tk. 18,000 – 30,000 (Monthly)

Compensation & other benefits:

Salary Review: Half Yearly
Festival Bonus: 3 (Yearly)
T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Provident fund, Gratuity
