Sr. HR Manager

Role Overview

As Senior HR Manager, you will lead strategic and operational HR initiatives across Maskura Group’s multifaceted businesses. Your leadership will ensure our workforce remains engaged, compliant, and aligned with our core values and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding—for diverse business units.
  • Lead performance management processes including KPIs, annual appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, maintain compliance with local labor laws and employment standards.
  • Manage compensation & benefits strategies, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives, including training programs and career planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on manpower planning, organizational design, and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters—grievances, disciplinary actions, mediation, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead HR administration functions: payroll coordination, attendance tracking, HR documentation, and reports.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Maskura Group’s vision and values.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Age: 35 years+
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in a senior or managerial HR role in a multi-division or multinational organization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI) are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR management software.
